NDHU 6th President Elected

Prof. Maw-Kuen Wu was elected as the 6th President of National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) by the President Selection Committee on October 4, 2011.

With more than 50% and the highest number of votes, Prof. Wu was elected among four candidates.  The result of the election will be reported to the Ministry of Education for endorsement.

Currently, Prof Wu is the Elected Member & Distinguished Research Fellow and Director of the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica.  His research interests include superconductivity and magnetism, low temperature physics, and high pressure physics.
